The Secretariat is responsible for internal governance and compliance for the Law Society. We collaborate closely with the Co-Presidents, Cabinet members and the Executive to ensure that the Law Society remains in compliance with its Constitution, Regulations and other statutory requirements. This portfolio requires engagement with external stakeholders such as NSW Fair Trading, the Australian Charities and Non-for-profit Commission and Arc UNSW.
