Mediation

Students can register in teams (or individually), as a client and a lawyer. They will receive confidential facts and develop a mediation plan, similar to negotiations.

Beginners Mediation

Offered to UNSW Undergraduate Students in their 1st or 2nd year, and UNSW Juris Doctors in their 1st year.

Open Mediation

Offered to current UNSW Undergraduate Students in their 3rd year or above, and UNSW Juris Doctors in their 2nd year or above. Note that you do not need previous experience in mediation to participate!
