Careers Skills

Career skills are crucial in arming law students with the necessary skills in both the application and interview process. It allows them to be adequately prepared in setting themselves apart from other applicants, as well as acquiring in depth knowledge of what employers look for in applicants.

What we aim to do is to assist students in developing the necessary CV and interview skills through Skills Workshops tailored to both the private sector and public interest careers respectively. They will be held by the relevant Human Resources staff, as well as past Alumni students, consisting of resume building, interviews, cover letter writing, and networking and engagement skills. These workshops will be invaluable to the career development of every law student.
