10 Uplifting Songs to Get You Through Exams

It’s undoubtedly the most stressful time of the semester! Exams have snuck up out of nowhere, and if you’re anything like us, motivation is becoming harder to find. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with this awesome Top 10 Playlist of ‘feel-good’ classics to help you get that spring back in your step during this busy time.

1. Mr Blue Sky by Electric Light Orchestra

We couldn’t go past this upbeat tune to help put a smile on your face when the exam blues are getting you down, and you can’t go wrong with this classic!


2. Don’t Stop Me Now by Queen

When you’re stuck and struggling on the toughest part of your revision, this song will help you power through the pain.


3. Dancing in the Moonlight by Toploader

The perfect song for when you want to channel those early 2000, wholesome and carefree vibes to forget about your current stresses, even if it’s just for a moment!

4. Breakaway by Kelly Clarkson

If you’re ever feeling hopeless and anxious, this classic will remind you that you can get through exams because you’ve done it so many times before, and you’re still here and breathing.

There is no doubt that this is the perfect study break song you will need after completing reading upon reading. We definitely recommend singing along (and dancing of course!) to relieve all that study stress and re-discover all that motivational energy.

Not only is this song sure to put a smile on your face for the nostalgic vibes, but the message is really great and empowering in that we shouldn’t let any of the small things in life, or any other person, define our lives. A definite listen!

There probably isn’t a better song that could give you that last-minute study motivation like this one, so it’s definitely an essential for your playlist.

When you need to funk away some pent up stress, look no further. This song instantly puts us in a good mood, and we hope it does the same for you.

Of course, we had to end on a crowd favourite! Honestly, this is the perfect song to blast in the car ‘karaoke-style’ whilst driving home after you finish that final exam.
