Vice-President (Administration) - Derek Lim

The Administration Portfolio aims to ensure that the internal functionality of the UNSW Law Society is maintained to a high professional standard as well as facilitating the receipt of information for all its members through the provision of effective communication channels. The Administration Vice President is also responsible for ensuring that existing regulations are adequately implemented, and recommends constitutional changes where appropriate. The Administration Portfolio is divided into three teams:

Design & Promotions Team The Design & Promotions team designs and distributes promotional material for all LawSoc events, including social events, speaker’s forums and career functions. This includes traditional print media as well as promotions via social network mediums and the LawSoc website. The Design & Promotions Director, Eva Wen leads the team. Information Technology Team –The IT team is responsible for the administration of all the technical aspects of LawSoc, including the administration of the LawSoc website and our internal emailing system, as well as uploading documents onto our website. This team consists of two IT Directors, Kevin Yee and Jess Wong. You can contact them at it@unswlawsoc.org.

Editorials Team – The Editorials team is responsible for the collation and design of key LawSoc publications, including the LawSoc Newsletter. The Editorials team consists of two editors, Carol Sin and Yi Lu. You can contact them at thebrief@unswlawsoc.org.
